Sooraj Pancholi Extricated Jiah's Foetus Instead Of Rushing Her To Hospital
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) yesterday charged actor Sooraj Pancholi with abetting the suicide of his former actress-girlfriend, Jiah Khan. Though the possibility of murder has been ruled out, the chargesheet clearly says it was Sooraj's "physical abuse, mental and physical torture" that finally led to the 26-year-old's tragic end.

Now, even more chilling details of the couple's relationship have come out.
The Hero actor reportedly extricated an aborted foetus from Jiah's womb and disposed it off in the toilet, even as she lay bleeding. He also refused to rush her to the hospital.
When Jiah informed she was four weeks pregnant, Sooraj took her to a physician who prescribed some medicines for Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP). When that didn't help, they consulted a gynaecologist who prescribed stronger medicines.
What happened afterwards is truly shocking. The CBI chargesheet states, "After taking the medicine, Khan started haemorrhaging and called Pancholi for help. She was in pain and needed immediate medical attention, but Pancholi allegedly asked her to wait and called up the gynaecologist for guidance. He was asked to rush Khan to hospital as the foetus had probably aborted but had not been expelled from the body, which is probably what led to the hemorrhaging."
However, Sooraj didn't follow that advice for 'professional' reasons. The chargesheet adds, "Sooraj Pancholi was afraid that their relationship would become public knowledge and his career could grind to a halt even before taking off. So he decided to take matters in his own hand and extricated the foetus and disposed it off in the toilet."
The incident, the chargesheet says, left a deep emotional scar on Jiah's mind. Compounding her woes, he started avoiding her soon afterwards.
"This added to her depression, which finally drove her to commit suicide," the chargesheet states.
